Responsibilities
Calculates, writes, adapts, and modifies diets or menus to meet individual needs
Counsels and teaches patients and their families the practical and technical aspects for the diet as it relates to the particular patient's health problem
Supervises subordinates in the production of meals and service, sanitation and storage
Qualification
Required
Possession of provisional Louisiana dietitian/nutritionist license
