Responsibilities
Lead visual direction and design execution across print, digital, and experiential projects
Develop and maintain visual styles and design systems for client work
Collaborate with creative, strategy, and account teams to concept and execute design solutions
Present design concepts and final work to internal teams and client stakeholders
Ensure consistency, quality, and accuracy across all deliverables
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices
Review and refine work to ensure alignment with project goals and brand standards
Qualification
Required
Four to six years of professional experience in an advertising or design agency
Strong knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, layout, and visual systems
Proficiency in full Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
Working knowledge of print production and digital publishing processes
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to prioritize work and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities
Project management experience
Brand development or campaign-based creative work
