Responsibilities
Modifying and improving existing PLC logic, primarily Rockwell
Supporting control strategy improvements tied to mechanical and utility systems
Reviewing drawings, cut sheets, and existing documentation
Making field changes and seeing them through to implementation
Collaborating closely with mechanical engineers on system level solutions
Being client facing and representing the business professionally on site
Qualification
Required
Strong PLC experience, ideally Allen Bradley suite
Comfortable working in existing plants and modifying live systems carefully
Can produce and interpret basic control drawings
Confident being in front of clients and site teams
Enjoys figuring things out rather than being given step by step instructions
Practical, personable, and trusted not to shut a plant down
Backgrounds that fit well include systems integration, industrial consulting, or plant based controls roles where you were hands on rather than purely supervisory
Must have reasonable access to an airport
Preferred
Food and beverage experience is a strong plus, but not essential if your experience is within process manufacturing
