6+ years expHYR Global Source Inc is seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning and generative AI solutions. This role will focus on LLM-based applications, agentic AI frameworks, MLOps, and cloud-native ML engineering on AWS.

Responsibilities
Design and develop production-grade AI/ML solutions, including LLM applications with RAG and structured outputs
Implement agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen) and Model Context Protocol (MCP) for secure orchestration
Build and manage scalable data, model, and MLOps pipelines using AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, ECS/ECR)
Integrate security and identity solutions (Okta, JWT) for API and service authentication
Monitor model performance, investigate alerts, and support end-to-end model lifecycle management
Collaborate with data scientists, product owners, and business stakeholders to align AI solutions with business goals
Produce required governance and compliance artifacts (MDLC/MPLC documentation)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
6+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data engineering, and MLOps
Strong Python skills with hands-on experience in TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
Deep experience with AWS ML stack (SageMaker, Bedrock, Glue, Lambda)
Hands-on experience building LLM-based applications with RAG and GenAI evaluation frameworks
Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native deployments
Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, security, and ML lifecycle management
Preferred
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Experience with data governance, model explainability, and responsible AI practices
Familiarity with React UI, GraphDB, and GenAI performance evaluation
