Responsibilities
Coordinate and support PMS deployments specifically for hotels in Mainland China, ensuring alignment throughout the pre, mid, and post-implementation during their assigned deployment wave
Coordination of webinars, trainings, and touch-base calls; including participant registration, follow-up, guidance and generating completion reports
Support deployment communications, documentation, and training materials in Mandarin Chinese, ensuring accuracy and relevance
Monitoring each deployment wave’s overall project progress, identifying risks or issues, and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure the on time and successful completion of the deployment
Monitoring and organizing shared communication channels; including providing efficient and accurate replies as required or assigning to an appropriate deployment or support leads
This position will collaborate and organize between internal and external teams (Hyatt Deployment Leads, Hyatt Productivity Leads, Hyatt Technical Teams, and 3rd party vendors) by executing plans, meeting deadlines, coordinating timelines and efforts, and operating under tight time constraints
Ability and willingness to operate in a fast-paced, complex system/global corporate environment
Ability to support change management effectively
Ability to develop and deliver training materials, implementation processes, checklists, and presentations
Ability to be flexible with working hours to support hotels and stakeholders across Mainland China and global project teams
Must be flexible with working hours to account for the global scope of the project
Travel for team meetings or on-boarding may be required, but no more than 5% of the time and based on needs
Qualification
Required
Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese (Simplified Chinese) is required
Working proficiency in written and spoken English is required for collaboration with global teams
Ability to translate or interpret deployment-related communications and documentation between Mandarin and English is a strong plus
Preferred
Minimum of 2 years involved in a globally dynamic team environment
Implementing large-scale technology systems
Detail-oriented
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Technically skilled in the Microsoft Office suite of applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Smartsheet Experience
Quality critical thinking, decision-making and planning skills required
Experience in the hotel industry is a plus
