Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation of financial statements, fluctuation analytics, federal income taxes and other financial reports necessary for quarterly SEC and management reporting
Assist with the preparation of quarterly and annual regulatory filings
Assist with the preparation of annual audited statutory financial statements
Record journal entries to general ledger
Prepare management reports
Reconcile general ledger accounts
Prepare bank account reconciliations
Prepare AP entries for invoice processing
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited four-year college or university
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
Strong planning and organization skills
Ability to multi-task paired with superior time management skills
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Strong oral and written communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to concisely present information to management or other audiences
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
