Manage full-cycle recruiting : job postings, sourcing, phone screens, interviews, offers, and onboarding
Recruit for all levels of positions nationwide
Utilize traditional sourcing tools and develop non-traditional recruiting strategies
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver top talent
Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure a positive candidate experience
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of high-volume recruiting experience
Ability to think outside the box and adapt to changing priorities
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Preferred
Previous experience in agency recruiting or staffing strongly preferred
