Responsibilities
Manage a heavy caseload of removal defense and asylum matters
Draft and file motions, briefs, evidence packets, and court submissions under tight deadlines
Prepare clients for master calendar and individual hearings
Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
Maintain consistent communication with clients and provide regular case updates
Liaise with EOIR, DHS, and other government agencies
Ensure all work product is timely, accurate, and complete
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1–2 years of immigration court experience (removal defense and/or asylum)
Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) required
Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills
Ability to manage short timelines and heavy case volume
Strong accountability and follow-through on deliverables
JD and active Bar admission (any U.S. jurisdiction)
Writing sample required (motions/briefs preferred)
