Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and standardize technical documentation, including:
Architecture and system design overviews
API, integration, and developer guides
User and customer-facing documentation
Internal engineering and operational runbooks
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly content
Partner with engineering leaders to document designs, workflows, and Architecture Decision Records (ADRs)
Review, edit, and improve documentation authored by engineering teams
Ensure documentation aligns with governance, compliance, and organizational standards
Maintain documentation repositories, version control, and content lifecycle practices
Continuously improve documentation quality, structure, and accessibility
Qualification
Required
3–6 years of experience in technical writing, systems analysis, or a related role
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and cloud-native systems
Ability to read and interpret source code, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications
Excellent written communication, editing, and content organization skills
Hands-on experience with documentation tools and platforms such as Markdown
Hands-on experience with documentation tools and platforms such as GitHub or Git-based repositories
Hands-on experience with documentation tools and platforms such as Confluence or similar knowledge management tools
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, architects, and cross-functional teams
Strong attention to detail with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and consistency
