Career Group is representing a private equity firm seeking a Temp to Perm Finance Administrative Coordinator to support the CFO and Finance Team. The role involves managing the CFO's calendar, liaising with stakeholders, and assisting with financial reporting and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain CFO’s calendar, including internal and external meetings, and travel

Maintain Finance Team group quarterly calendar and weekly deliverables

Serve as a liaison between CFO and internal/external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, vendors, bankers, and senior executives

Support finance team in coordinating quarterly and annual closes, investor reporting, audit and tax deliverables, and reporting timelines

Tracking and updating Investor Request log on a daily basis

Prepare and format financial presentations and meeting materials

Track key deliverables and timelines related to fund audits, tax filings, capital calls/distributions, and management company reporting

Liaise with external fund administrators, banks, auditors, and tax advisors to coordinate information flow, signatures, and document requests

Review and process expense reports, and vendor payments

Maintain well-organized records and digital files

Assist with collating quarterly fund performance reports

Draft professional correspondence and summaries

Manage special finance dept related projects
