InternSWBC is seeking talented students to join their College Intern Program in San Antonio, Texas. Interns will gain practical hands-on experience and training in various departments within the financial services industry, working alongside professionals and contributing to meaningful projects.

Responsibilities
Assists the team in operational, financial, and compliance audit engagements designed to determine the adequacy of internal controls and the degree of compliance with policies, laws, and federal regulations
Conducts fieldwork, prepares work papers, and performs data analytics, as needed
Maintains organizational and professional ethical standards, as well as promotes and fosters an environment that adheres to SWBC's Core Values
Build awareness and gain exposure to the Financial Services Industry while growing your talents
Learn key technical skills to apply acquired knowledge and assist in problem solving
Gain practical, hands on experience that will provide an opportunity for growth
Work alongside and shadow team members while expanding your knowledge base with the ability to further develop your skills
Qualification
Required
Currently be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or related program at an accredited university/college
Expected graduation date of December 2026 or later
Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills required
Detail oriented and possess excellent follow up skills
Organized and adapt well to change
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Passion and desire for learning and a proactive energy for getting things done
Display maturity and a high level of professionalism
