Responsibilities

Maintain a strong understanding of KYC program requirements and applicable regulatory expectations
Review KYC policies and procedures to ensure alignment with regulatory standards and branch-level requirements, recommending enhancements to management as needed
Serve as a liaison with Compliance/Control functions on behalf of the business to ensure KYC processes support regulatory compliance and internal policies
Provide clear, practical guidance to business units and Relationship Managers on KYC policies, procedures, and expectations
Design and implement KYC controls to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal requirements
Establish key risk indicators and quality standards for KYC execution and file completeness
Develop and deliver business-focused KYC training to ensure Relationship Managers are well-versed in AML and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) requirements
