Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, design and implementation of Cisco Unified Communications Systems, including voice, video, conferencing, Connexall, Vocera, Jabber and related hardware and applications
Maintains and repairs endpoint devices maintenance plans
Manages the Incident management queue (help desk tickets) as per the SLA’s
Handles all moves, adds, and changes regarding telephony devices for hospital rooms and staff
Qualification
Required
Cisco Call Manager, Unity, Call Recording, UCCX, Cisco and Polycom endpoint management, Connexall, Vocera
Proven knowledge and experience with Cisco Communications Manager, Unity Connection
Experience with Video/TelePresence, IVR/Contact Center, TV's (ie.Telehealth)
Structured Cable Plant systems experience (patching and cable runs), maintain MDF and IDF maintenance and work with hospital specialized teams such as Bio-Med teams on specific IDF requirements
Knowledge of faxing and VG224 Gateway protocols, and wiring
1 (one) year equivalent relevant experience
High school graduate required
Preferred
Associates degree in a related field preferred
