Responsibilities
Serve as a primary HR contact for assigned manufacturing sites, addressing employee inquiries, providing guidance, and escalating issues as appropriate
Support the implementation of HR programs and initiatives across multiple locations, ensuring consistency and alignment with corporate policies
Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientation, paperwork, and benefits enrollment
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Assist with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary processes
Partner with HR Shared Services team members to provide seamless support to sites nationwide
Coordinate training, development, and recognition programs across multiple locations
Support HR reporting and analytics, preparing regular updates for site leadership and corporate HR
Participate in HR projects, process improvements, and cross-functional initiatives as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in a multi-site manufacturing or operations environment
Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment law
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Capable in Microsoft Office Suite
Collaborative mindset and ability to work as part of a nationwide HR Shared Services team
