Responsibilities
Act as a Business Execution Advisor to senior leadership
Support a Higher Risk Customer Management workstream alongside a lead PM
Prepare meeting minutes, host meetings as needed, and manage reporting & change requests
Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and status reports
Facilitate executive-level meetings and support decision-making
Lead resolution of complex project challenges with scalable, long-term solutions
Partner across multiple lines of business as a trusted advisor
Qualification
Required
5+ years of project management experience in a highly regulated industry
Strong expertise in change management and program delivery (PMP preferred)
Hands-on experience with Financial Crimes, AML, and BSA initiatives
Proven ability to support enterprise-wide transformation programs
Familiarity with process improvement, continuous improvement, and LEAN methodologies
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
