Responsibilities
Develop, analyze, and maintain Power BI dashboards that translate data into meaningful insights for business and marketing stakeholders
Interpret data trends and performance metrics to identify opportunities, risks, and actionable recommendations
Present insights and findings clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical audiences
Leverage Google Analytics to analyze website traffic patterns, including page performance, user behavior, and engagement trends
Identify underperforming and overperforming pages and recommend optimization strategies to improve user experience and traffic flow
Work directly within Google Analytics to enhance reporting, tracking, and data accuracy
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align analytics insights with organizational goals
Support continuous improvement initiatives by using data to inform strategy and decision-making
Qualification
Required
5-7+ years of experience working with Power BI dashboards, reporting, and data visualization
Hands-on expertise with Google Analytics, including website traffic analysis and performance evaluation
Proven ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and translate insights into clear action items and recommendations
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey insights in a polished and professional manner
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Preferred
Experience supporting or working with membership-based organizations, nonprofits, or similar mission-driven environments
Familiarity with digital analytics best practices for content optimization and user engagement
