Responsibilities
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for application and business processes across multiple initiatives
Lead business and systems analysis activities, including requirements gathering, documentation, and solution validation
Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to ensure alignment of solutions with organizational goals
Manage and track work items, backlogs, and delivery pipelines using Azure DevOps
Support Agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Apply SEM/SUITE methodologies to support structured project execution
Develop, maintain, and review System Security Plans (SSPs)
Support compliance with NIST security controls and participate in Authority to Operate (ATO) processes
Qualification
Required
12+ years of experience as an Application and Business Process SME, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst
10+ years of hands-on experience using Azure DevOps, including pipelines and work item tracking
10+ years of experience working within Agile environments
10+ years of experience with SEM/SUITE methodologies
5+ years of experience supporting System Security Plans (SSP), NIST controls, and ATO processes
Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
