Responsibilities
Sales Execution : Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities using cold calling, site visits, and targeted email campaigns
Territory Management : Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize your territory’s potential
Customer Relationships : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat sales
Market Insights : Provide frontline feedback on customer needs, industry trends, and competitive activities to inform company strategy
Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams to support product trials, deliver training, and align on business objectives
Travel : Conduct regular overnight travel to engage with clients and pursue sales opportunities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business or related field
3+ years of outside sales experience
Proven ability to close large sales contracts
Experience on a sales team helping to achieve ambitious targets in a startup or growth-stage company
Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and relationship-building skills
Strategic and innovative problem-solving abilities
Proficient in CRM systems like Salesforce
Fundamental project management skills
Preferred
Experience with capital purchases in large organizations or selling to healthcare leadership
