Order Entry/Customer Service

The Order Management Specialist will serve as the crucial link between customers, sales, and logistics teams, managing the full order cycle and ensuring accuracy from entry to delivery.

Responsibilities
Order Processing: Accurately enter orders (online, phone, email) and manage EDI transactions
LogisticsShipping: Generate labels via UPS Worldship and FedEx Ship Manager, shipping documents, and coordinate with logistics partners
Customer Support: Manage order acknowledgments, tracking, backorders, and inventory status updates
Data Accuracy: Maintain CRM data, customer portals (e.g. SAP Ariba, Coupa, Taulia), and vendor records
Problem Resolution: Address pricing discrepancies and RMAs to ensure customer satisfaction
Reporting: Prepare daily, monthly, and yearly reports. Participate in team huddles
Qualification
Required
2+ years in order fulfillment, logistics, or administrative support
Proficient in ERP systems, MS Office Suite and CRM
Ability to process orders with high accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and high attention to detail
50+ WPM typing speed
