Customer Support Specialist
Responsibilities
Manage and execute campaigns
Coordinate projects
Develop strategies to meet fundraising goals
Work closely with cross-functional teams and nonprofit partners to ensure campaigns are delivered successfully

Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Campaign Management and experience in planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns
Strong communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and nonprofit partners
Analytical skills to track campaign performance and inform strategic decision-making
Experience in Project Management for organizing and prioritizing tasks effectively
Detail-oriented and solution-driven mindset, with an ability to adapt to fast-paced environments
Familiarity with fundraising or the nonprofit sector is an advantage
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred
