Influence and facilitate communications between internal and external stakeholders
Be a change agent to promote a culture of quality throughout the company
Must investigate and identify future risks
Be responsible for synthesizing simple to complex situations in order to present them to different levels of management
Must communicate and work with different cultures located in different countries
Be an Airbus representative to A220 suppliers

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 3 years experience in quality assurance, quality control, manufacturing operations, manufacturing engineering / methods, or a similar role within the aviation industry
Able to influence discussion and stakeholders using fluent English (negotiation level)
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English, for operating in a multicultural and a multifunctional environment
Knowledge of standards and regulations (AS9100, TCCA, FAA, EASA)
Solid problem-solving experience
Demonstrate leadership, autonomy, and the ability to work in a team
Flexible enough to communicate with certain suppliers in a different time zone
Good work structure to be efficient in work organization
Strong ability to synthesize and document information
SAP systems and portfolio
MS Office, Google Suite or similar applications
Preferred
Certifications in quality management, aviation safety, or regulatory compliance
Basic IT programming knowledge
