Full-cycle recruiting only (no business development)
Work on live, approved job orders with real urgency
Heavy outbound sourcing and daily cold calling
Screen, qualify, and submit candidates for contract and perm roles
Manage pipelines and activity through an ATS
Coordinate interviews and support candidates through onboarding
Operate in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments
Qualification
Required
Experience in agency recruiting
Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume outreach
Strong ATS and workflow discipline
Professional communication and understanding of corporate environments
