IT Support Specialist
ActOne Group is a global logistics organization seeking a Junior IT Support Specialist to join its on-site IT team in the Los Angeles area. This role offers an opportunity for early-career IT professionals to gain hands-on experience while providing end-user support for hardware, software, and operating systems.
Responsibilities
Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and operating systems
Support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Exchange, SharePoint, Intune)
Troubleshoot desktop, network, VPN, and connectivity issues
Manage endpoint security, antivirus tools (Norton preferred), and data backups
Assist with Windows & macOS patching and software updates
Document solutions and collaborate with senior IT staff
Qualification
Required
Must speak Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken only; no reading/writing required)
Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or equivalent experience
1–2 years of IT support experience (internships accepted)
Knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn

CompTIA A+
Microsoft certs
dual OS support
basic SQL
exposure to AI/emerging technologies
