Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager
LRA Insurance is seeking a Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager to support Account Managers in servicing commercial insurance accounts. The role involves various tasks such as loss runs, proposals, billing inquiries, and ensuring accurate, timely work that meets the agency’s quality standards.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support to Account Managers
Request loss runs
Review audits and request worksheets when needed
Prepare proposals and pre-renewals
Process advanced endorsements
Follow up on claims
Complete policy check-ins
Communicate with underwriters
Add or delete equipment as required
Qualification
Required
Active 2-20 Property and Casualty license
Minimum of one year of commercial insurance experience
Advanced certificate processing skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to interpret written and verbal instructions and understand abstract information
Strong attention to detail
Familiarity with AMS360 and ImageRight
Ability to process written and digital materials visually
Active Property and Casualty license required for remote work
Knowledge of insurance products and markets
Ability to manage complex tasks with multiple variables
