Responsibilities
Maintain and generate business relationships at dealer level
Promote retail finance programs, program requirements, and technology to dealers
Represent company at dealer open houses, dealer meetings, and other industry events
Conduct dealer training in-person, online Teams, or by phone
Maximize dealer utilization and increase active dealers in assigned territory
Daily use of SalesForce.com to capture dealer contacts and maintain up to date dealer information
Utilize Qlikview to schedule activities, detect trends, and monitor goals
Dealer point of contact for customer service issues
Keep up-to-date with industry trends
Up to 30% travel required to visit dealers, attend dealer/distributor meetings, and industry events
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree equivalent education and related training
Minimum 5 years of related experience
Ability to work independently and accomplish goals, campaigns, and travel on time
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
