This role oversees accounting, financial reporting, inventory and cost accounting, payroll, and tax compliance, while supporting leadership with accurate financial analysis and controls.

Responsibilities
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements, variance analysis, and cash flow forecasts
Manage inventory and cost accounting for raw materials and finished goods
Implement and maintain internal controls across multiple revenue streams
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow management
Manage payroll and ensure compliance with labor regulations
Oversee sales tax, excise tax, and 1099 filings
Analyze revenue and performance across multiple business segments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred but not required
Experience in hospitality, manufacturing, distribution, or similar operational environments
Strong understanding of GAAP, inventory accounting, and multi-entity operations
Proficiency with accounting systems and advanced Excel skills
High attention to detail, particularly with inventory, taxes, and contracts
Ability to manage complex, multi-department financial reporting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
