Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of large-scale programs and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities
Define program scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria; develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
Establish and maintain effective governance structures, communication channels, and stakeholder engagement strategies
Manage cross-functional teams, including internal and external stakeholders, to execute project activities, resolve issues, and mitigate risks
Monitor program performance metrics, track progress against milestones, and report status, risks, and issues to senior leadership
Drive change management initiatives, facilitate decision-making, and promote continuous improvement
Mentor and coach junior project/program managers and team members to foster collaboration and professional growth
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
6–9 years of experience in program management, project management, or a related role with increasing responsibility
Proven success managing complex programs and projects from initiation through closure
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in project management methodologies and frameworks (PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred
Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
PMP certification or equivalent
Experience managing projects in technology, engineering, or product development environments
Hands-on experience with project/program management tools (Microsoft Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, etc.)
Familiarity with industry-specific regulations, standards, and best practices
Prior experience leading cross-functional teams or serving in formal leadership roles
