NEOGOV is seeking an Education Consultant for Early Childhood to work within the Office of Early Childhood – Strategy. This role focuses on expanding access to high-quality early childhood education and building a strong workforce of ECE professionals through outreach and support initiatives.

Coordinate technical assistance and training regarding licensing and child development
Analyze community data to identify service gaps and underserved populations

Required

Five years of experience in education, teaching, or administrative services
Six years of full-time work experience plus two years of experience in education, teaching, or administrative services
A bachelor's degree plus two years of experience in education, teaching, or administrative services
An advanced degree plus one year of experience in education, teaching, or administrative services
Proven experience in analyzing community service gaps and implementing targeted outreach strategies to increase program enrollment among underserved populations
Demonstrated ability to serve as a high-level liaison between government agencies, ECE providers, health services, and parents
