Deliver outstanding customer care and confidently assist with transactions, account opening, and consumer lending
Maintain strong product knowledge across all bank business lines and identify cross‑functional referral opportunities
Uphold compliance, security, and confidentiality standards
Participate actively in community events and internal development activities
Qualification
Required
3+ years of supervisory experience in banking
Strong decision‑making, problem‑solving, and customer relationship skills
Proficiency across transactions, platform services, and complex account needs
Adaptability, digital savviness, and a passion for learning
Preferred
NMLS registration, with Notary and Medallion training preferred
