Responsibilities
Answering phones, assisting internal and external customers
Filing and departmental organization, overall office management
Logging and mailing checks
Provide administrative support to branch sales and operations staff
Support the branch with payroll management
Process accounts payable invoices and maintain control over and process draft check requests
Set up large purchase orders & process payments for Office vendors (ex. Janitorial services, uniforms, garbage removal, shredding services, etc.)
Maintain control over and process draft check requests
Sort and distribute incoming mail
Order office supplies, kitchen food supplies
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 4+ years of office administrative support experience
Excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Outlook, Excel, and aptitude to learn company-specific software
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, be detailed oriented, and organized
Demonstrated proficiency in planning, organizing, prioritizing and multi-tasking
Must be able to manage workflow efficiently, be self-reliant, show initiative, good judgment, be a team player and have the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Customer focused with ability to interact with customers professionally
Preferred
High school education required; BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience
