Responsibilities

Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) and Windows Autopilot
Design, implement, and support modern device lifecycle management
Lead endpoint provisioning, configuration, security, and compliance strategies
Design and deploy Windows Autopilot profiles (User-driven, Self-deploying, Pre-provisioning/White glove)
Manage device registration & hardware hash uploads
Configure OOBE experience customization
Automate zero-touch provisioning for remote users
Troubleshoot Autopilot enrollment and deployment failures
Integrate Autopilot with Azure AD / Entra ID and Hybrid AD
Configure and manage:
Configuration Profiles
Compliance Policies
Security Baselines
Device Restrictions
Endpoint Security policies
Manage Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices
Implement Conditional Access with compliance policies
Monitor device health, reporting, and inventory
Integrate Intune with:
Azure AD / Entra ID
On-prem AD (Hybrid join)
SCCM (Co-management)
Manage group-based targeting (Dynamic groups)
Role-based access control (RBAC)
