This role supports surveillance, complaint tracking, reporting, and day-to-day program operations in a fast-paced, high-volume office environment.

Responsibilities
Prepare presurvey packets, FOIL requests, waiver tracking, facility roster data, and incident reports
Type routine correspondence with facilities and complainants
Answer phone calls from Central Office, facilities, complainants, and the public
Utilize multiple DOH platforms for surveillance reporting, complaint tracking, postings, letters, and file transfers
Process survey schedules and inspection reports
Provide coverage for multiple program phone lines
Prepare letters and close incident and complaint reports
Maintain program information on boards, logbooks, MS Lists, and within ACO/ACTS
Support ad hoc assignments as program priorities change
Assist with orienting other support staff as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of two years' experience in a professional office setting
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
Ability to enter, extract, and manage data in electronic databases
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple shifting priorities independently and as part of a team
Provide high-level administrative support, including preparing reports and handling information requests
Preferred
Certification in Microsoft Office products
Experience using Department of Health (DOH) platform software and tracking systems
Knowledge or experience with computer information systems and related technologies
