Qualification
Required
Master's Degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, or related field AND 4+ years of experience in product or service design
Computer Interaction, User Experience, or related field AND 6+ years of experience in product or service design OR bachelor's degree in a related field AND 5+ years of experience in product or service design
Equivalent practical experience demonstrating strong product thinking and design leadership
Strong Figma expertise
A portfolio prepared to present
Examples of prior work, including explanation of process and decision-making
Preferred
A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design leadership—from vision and systems thinking through launch—showcasing polished execution and product impact
Proven experience setting and driving design direction for complex, high-scale products used daily by millions of people
Exceptional design craft, with strong attention to interaction details, motion, composition, and clarity across workflows
Comfort operating in ambiguity, breaking down large problem spaces, and shaping crisp, durable solutions
Experience partnering deeply with research, data, product, and engineering to inform direction, validate decisions, and measure outcomes
You've led or shaped agentic or AI-powered experiences that go beyond suggestions—defining how intelligent systems plan, decide, and act over time, while earning user trust through clarity, predictability, and control
