Sales Development Representative
Beacon Funding is a company focused on driving growth through generating qualified applications and creating high-quality sales opportunities. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will engage prospects, collaborate with the senior sales team, and manage outreach strategies to build a strong sales pipeline.
Responsibilities
Lead qualification and application generation
High energy and proactive initiative
Execute on multiple outreach campaigns via phone and email
Prospect nurturing and engagement to create positive long term relationships
Collaborate lead and application hand-off to senior sales team
Excellent management of CRM to keep accounts, activities, and pipelines up to date
Achieve monthly KPIs and targets set by management
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High level of drive, adaptability, and resilience
Ability to manage high-volume outreach in a structured environment
Comfortable learning new processes, tools, and messaging
Proficient with computers, software, and technology
Able to satisfy requirements of pre-employment screening
Preferred
Prior sales or calling experience is a plus but not required
