Responsibilities
Collaborating with clients to understand their unique digital transformation needs and lead discussions on strategic initiatives
Conducting workshops to assess IT strategy and identify opportunities for leveraging digital solutions to enhance operational excellence
Advising clients on Buy Versus Build decisions, utilizing insights from consultations to select the most appropriate digital solutions
Guiding clients through Solution Selection processes by defining business requirements, evaluating potential systems, and facilitating vendor negotiations
Leading the integration of selected digital solutions, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with organizational goals
Overseeing go-live activities, driving organizational change management efforts to ensure client readiness and adoption
Partnering with clients to implement advanced data science and analytics strategies, turning data into actionable insights
Supporting organizations in building data-driven environments optimized for operational effectiveness
Evaluating existing processes and implement optimized workflows that leverage digital tools to enhance efficiency
Driving innovation in operational practices, advocating for and implementing best practices in digital service delivery
Mentoring junior team members in digital practices and methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Promoting knowledge sharing within the team to ensure the successful delivery of digital services and projects
Qualification
Required
At least 4 years' experience in the aviation, rail, defence or aerospace industry, focusing on IT transformations, especially within aviation or rail
Familiarity with major E&M IT systems, e.g., AMOS, Trax, SAP/iMRO, IFS
Proven project management experience with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on strategic planning and execution
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at presenting complex ideas to diverse audiences
You will be educated to at least Degree level
