ETF Service and Support, Assistant Vice President

Responsibilities

This role will partner closely with Client Service, various teams within Global Delivery and large Broker/Dealers to facilitate proper settlement of ETF in-kind transactions globally
The day-to-day responsibilities for this role will include but not limited to the oversight of ETF order placement, order settlement, collateral management, P&L actual cost calculation, responding to high volume broker requests and/or questions, actively resolving failed trades across 55 NA ETF clients, and growing
Day to day environment is deadline driven, fast paced with a strong emphasis on risk mitigation
Displays a positive, can do attitude with the ability to multitask
Strong background in custody across domestic and international equity, fixed income products
Comfortable speaking with internal and external clients, running calls
Ability to prioritize and oversee multiple tasks in a very fast- paced environment
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to identify areas of risk and work successfully to eliminate these areas with implementation of proper processes and controls, fully documented
Proactive mindset, looking for ways to improve current operations/processes without being asked/directed
Ability to execute a plan with follow through
Familiarity or experience in BUAT Testing
Experience and understanding of Exchange Traded Funds from a custody and Transfer Agency perspective a plus
Knowledge of ETF order settlement for CNS and non-CNS funds a plus

Required

Intermediate understanding of the ETF Product allowing engagement with internal and external stakeholders in support of ETF offering
Excellent understanding of process and controls with the ability to document and present information clearly and concisely
Advanced project management and business analysis skills
Ability to contribute to the ETF Global Platform and Total ETF technical roadmap by creating/contributing/reviewing business requirements for enhancements to ETFGP, Fund Connect, and any other ETF related integrations
Ability to clearly, confidently, and concisely communicate with internal and external partners demonstrating ETF skill set
Ability to partner closely with Client Service, various teams within Global Delivery and large Broker/Dealers to facilitate proper settlement of ETF in-kind transactions globally
