Responsibilities

Refines, develops, and implements Corporate Quality Management System and strategies that contribute to work class quality
Works with plants to define common KPIs and drives continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics management
Effective in taking the lead to address quality concerns with customers, as needed
Interfaces with customers, suppliers, program managers, engineering and manufacturing groups on quality related issues
Understands and drives compliance for ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and other industry certifications including IATF 16949
Familiar with IPC standards including IPC 610
Support Lean Manufacturing and 5S activities for the manufacturing operations

Required

4 Year Degree in Engineering or Quality Management
8+ Years electronics manufacturing or engineering experience, 5 years experience in management capacity
Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016, and IATF 16949 required
Excellent knowledge and implementation experience in Lean Six Sigma, statistical analysis, and lean methodologies
Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills. Able to create, document, and administer policies
Good working knowledge of PCB assembly process, SMT, RoHS assembly, mechanical assembly, and related quality systems
Microsoft Office required

Preferred

AS9100 Aerospace and ITAR compliance experience a plus
