They are seeking a Videographer / Content Creator who will manage the entire content lifecycle and produce high-quality short-form video content for various platforms.

Responsibilities
Film product-focused content: demos, use-cases, how-to’s, lifestyle b-roll, before/after, UGC-style clips
Capture clean, well-lit, stabilized footage with professional audio
Direct simple on-camera moments (founders, staff, testimonials, UGC creators)
Edit short-form content optimized for retention and conversion
Strong hooks, pacing, captions, jump cuts, on-screen text, and framing
Deliver multiple variations per asset (organic + ad formats)
Color correct, clean audio, and export to platform-specific specs
Translate marketing angles, offers, and hooks into actual content
Repurpose long shoots into multiple high-performing short clips
Maintain clean project files, naming conventions, and folders
Work from shot lists and content calendars
Hit deadlines consistently without hand-holding
Qualification
Required
Strong short-form editing that feels modern, fast, and native
Excellent fundamentals: lighting, framing, audio, stabilization
Ability to create content that performs, not just looks cinematic
Speed, reliability, and consistency
Professional camera workflows
Talking-head and UGC-style content
Directing non-actors on camera
Shooting content designed for paid ads
Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut (output matters more than tool)
Basic motion graphics and text overlays
Preferred
Lightroom / Photoshop / After Effects is a plus
