Responsibilities
Partner closely with the VP, HR Operations and leadership team to define, prioritize, and execute enterprise-level strategies and initiatives
Lead and coordinate large-scale, cross-functional projects across HR Operations and Process Optimization teams
Translate strategic priorities into integrated execution plans and measurable outcomes
Drive alignment and execution across a highly matrixed, multinational environment
Establish project governance, structure, timelines, and follow-up mechanisms
Develop executive-level presentations and strategic communications for senior leadership
Lead meeting cadences, ensure accountability, and drive action-oriented outcomes
Partner with Process Optimization to track efficiencies, savings, and continuous improvement results
Support strategic change communications in collaboration with HR Communications
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required; advanced business degree preferred
Project Management and/or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management within a highly matrixed, multinational organization
Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-level, cross-functional initiatives
Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Proven ability to distill complex information into executive-ready insights and action plans
Preferred
Project Management and/or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
