Responsibilities

Extensive interactions with internal stakeholders in both the Business Units as well as colleagues outside of Tax Operations

Troubleshoot with the team(s), propose and ensure implementation of solutions

Materially participate in all strategic projects by supporting the documentation of Business Requirements Documents and testing

Prepare and present findings related to Key Risk and Key process metrics

Explore solutions to reduce risk, create capacity and improve client service

Ability to document process flows, desktop and written supervisory procedures

Ability to manage a dedicated tax documentation team in a complex and dynamic environment

Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Excel

A good understanding of Operations, Technology, & Risk
