Build relationships across departments and shifts
Recommend improvements to operations and the training program
Qualification
Required
Engineering Degree
Strong leadership potential and interpersonal skills
Self-starter with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively
Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and across shifts
