Responsibilities
Manage and lead audit engagements from planning to completion
Supervise and mentor audit staff, providing guidance and support
Review and analyze financial statements, internal controls, and audit workpapers
Interact directly with clients, addressing their needs and building strong relationships
Stay updated on accounting and auditing standards and best practices
Contribute to business development and client acquisition efforts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
5+ years of experience in public accounting with a focus on audits
Strong knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, and auditing standards
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Leadership and team management abilities
Client-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
Preferred
CPA certification is preferred
