Responsibilities
Coordinating and scheduling physical inventory counts for Mavis retail locations
Auditing and reviewing inventory results to identify discrepancies, trends, and areas of concern
Organizing, documenting, and distributing inventory reports and findings
Analyzing inventory data to identify opportunities for improved accuracy, controls, and operational efficiency
Partnering with Operations, Supply Chain, and other departments to address inventory discrepancies and corrective actions
Maintaining accurate records related to inventory audits and results
Assisting with inventory-related projects, reporting, and process improvements as assigned
Qualification
Required
be at least 18 years of age
be legally authorized to work in the United States
demonstrate strong attention to detail and analytical skills
possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
be an experienced user of Microsoft Excel
be comfortable working with data, reports, and inventory documentation
Preferred
experience in inventory management
