Responsibilities
Own and evolve plant-level Quality Management Systems (QMS)
Lead internal and external audits (ISO 9001/13485/TS etc.)
Mentor a small but capable quality team (techs, inspectors, engineers)
Partner with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain to reduce defects and drive first-pass yield
Lead root cause analysis (RCA), corrective/preventive actions (CAPA), and customer complaint resolution
Be the go-to authority for all things quality on the plant floor
Qualification
Required
5+ years in manufacturing quality ideally in regulated or precision environments
Track record of owning site audits and certifications
Strong problem-solving skills (think: 8D, DMAIC, FMEA, etc.)
Leadership style that earns trust not just compliance
Preferred
experience with high-mix, low-volume production or supplier quality programs
