Compensation Specialist / Human Resource Specialist
Diverse Lynx is seeking a Compensation Specialist to develop, implement, and administer compensation programs that align with the company’s strategic goals. The role involves analyzing compensation data, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing guidance on compensation-related matters, particularly focusing on sales incentive plans and market benchmarking.
Responsibilities
Lead the design, administration, and governance of Sales Incentive Plans, ensuring alignment with business goals, market competitiveness, and regulatory requirements
Conduct comprehensive market benchmarking and compensation analysis to ensure competitiveness across roles and business segments
Participate in compensation surveys and analyze survey data to benchmark company compensation practices
Design and manage core compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and bonus schemes
Evaluate job positions and determine appropriate salary levels
Ensure pay compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations
Collaborate with HR and management to develop and implement compensation strategies
Prepare and present reports on compensation trends and metrics
Provide analytical support and guidance to HR and management on Total Rewards–related matters
Develop and deliver communication materials to educate employees and HR about total rewards programs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
7+ years of experience in compensation or related HR roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of compensation laws and regulations
Preferred
Certification in Compensation (CCP) is a plus
