Swoon is partnering with a global organization to find a Director of Talent Acquisition. This role involves leading end-to-end talent acquisition and designing scalable processes while partnering with senior leadership to enhance hiring strategies.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end talent acquisition across multiple operating companies
Design and execute scalable TA processes with a strong emphasis on data, systems, and analytics
Partner closely with senior and executive leaders as a strategic advisor
Drive operational excellence across recruiting workflows, metrics, and tools
Strengthen employer brand and hiring effectiveness at scale
Qualification
Required
Proven TA leader with deep experience owning a full-cycle recruitment strategy
Excels in process optimization, data-driven decision-making, and systems leadership
Strategic partner who is equally comfortable operating at the executive level and within day-to-day execution
Leader who thrives in a fast-paced, operationally complex environment
