Responsibilities
Processing new hire paperwork for external employees including running background checks, drug screens, immunization documents, and I-9 forms
Sending external employee agreements, offer letters, and contracts
Guiding new consultants through the hiring and onboarding process
Providing administrative support to external and internal employees within the corresponding division
Answering and directing incoming phone calls
Assisting in communication between Sales Managers and Recruiters by sitting on calls or meetings and being able to answer questions as needed
Become a subject matter expert on Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and background vendors to assist internal and external employees with any issues that may arise
Willingness to work occasional weekends and overtime when needed
Assisting with projects as needed for the Sales and Recruiting Team
Perform other duties as assigned or required
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
Self-motivated, ability to work independently and with a team
Ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced, and evolving environment
A passion for innovation, a love of problem-solving, and a commitment to continuous learning
Preferred
1-2 years of professional experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM or ATS system to the new hire onboarding process is preferred
Willingness to work occasional weekends and overtime when needed
