Responsibilities
With strong background and experience in industry standard datasets such IQVIA symphony etc. for US and other data outside US e.g. EU, you will lead data strategy and implementation for Data Management and MDM solutions for our clients
With strong background in pharma Datawarehouse/Data Lake implementations along with MDM capabilities in Reltio etc, you will be involved in solution design and implementation for our clients at global levels
Extensive experience in Master data and Data quality solutions
Experience with AWS native services for Data transformation, integrations with Mulesoft are important for the role
Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their unique needs, providing expert guidance, and ensuring client satisfaction
Collaborate with clients to develop tailored data management solutions that address their business challenges, utilizing your deep industry knowledge
Provide leadership and oversight on client projects to ensure successful delivery, on-time completion, and adherence to quality standards
Stay current with pharmaceutical industry trends, regulations, and data management practices, and share this knowledge within the practice and with clients
Provide insights into market opportunities, challenges, and emerging technologies that can be leveraged by clients
Extensive experience in leading engagement involving leading tools such a Reltio, Mulesoft etc
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's preferred)
Proven experience of 10 plus years in pharmaceutical commercial data management, with a successful track record in consulting or a similar role
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical data sources, industry regulations, and compliance requirements
Leadership and team management skills, with experience in building and leading high-performance teams
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project management abilities
Business acumen with the ability to drive revenue and profitability
Preferred
Relevant certifications in data management or consulting (e.g., PMP, CDMP)
Familiarity with data analytics, data visualization, and machine learning
Experience with cloud-based data solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
Established network and relationships within the pharmaceutical industry
