Assist with continuous improvement and lean manufacturing projects
Support process analysis, workflow optimization, and data collection
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions
Participate in 5S, standard work, and other CI initiatives
Develop practical problem-solving and communication skills in a real-world manufacturing setting
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Goal-oriented mindset with a strong sense of urgency
Willingness to learn new tools, techniques, and manufacturing processes
Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in Industrial Engineering or a closely related field
