SDR / Sales Development Representative
Actionstep is a pioneering Legal Tech company on a mission to transform how midsize law firms run their businesses. They are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to expand their customer base by generating high-quality new customer opportunities through targeted outbound activity.

Responsibilities
Meet and exceed individual monthly and annual targets, contributing to growth in Actionstep customer logins and overall business KPIs
Prospect and build relationships within key customer segments and regions to generate sales opportunities and expand the customer base
Actively leverage Actionstep sales tools, systems, and processes (including Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, and 6sense) to identify, track, connect with, and qualify potential customers
Qualification
Required
1-2 years sales development experience with a track record of exceeding lead targets
Strong communication skills via phone and email
Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
SaaS/IT Sales
Legal Tech Industry Experience
Salesforce, Hubspot, Marketo and/or Microsoft Dynamics CRM Experience
Target-driven
Preferred
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience)
Legal Tech industry experience
Proficiency with Salesforce, Hubspot, Marketo and/or Microsoft Dynamics
